For other brands there is no progress bar. The project opens on the variants as soon as they are ready. Once the variants are open, adjust the financial assumptions so the outputs reflect your numbers.

How the room mix is chosen

Parafin does not pick one room mix. It generates every mix combination that does not violate ADA rules or the brand’s guidelines, so when you sort the variant list by a financial metric the best performing mix rises to the top. To hold the mix to a range you want, use the Room Mix sliders in Constraints.
