My Projects and archived projects

The My Projects dashboard is your landing page after signing in. Every project you’ve created or been added to shows up here. The first card, Launch New Project, starts a new project. Every other card is one project: its name, the dates it was created and last edited, the lot area, the site address, and the brand logo. Click a card to open the project. Above the cards:

• My Projects and Shared With Me each show or hide one group of cards: the projects you created, and the copies teammates shared with you. Both start on.
• Active and Archived switch between your working list and the projects you have archived.
• The sort button at the far right orders the cards by the date they were created, newest or oldest first.

Share a copy with a teammate

In an open project, click the share button beside the project name at the top of the Project Panel. From My Projects, open the triple-dot menu on a project card and choose Share a copy. Either way, pick a name, then click Share a Project. The list holds people at your own company; you cannot share outside it. Sharing sends a copy, not a link. After that neither of you sees the other’s edits, so share again to pass along later work. Your teammate gets an email, and the copy lands on their My Projects dashboard under Shared With Me. Hovering the marker on a shared card shows who shared it and when.

Make a copy for yourself

To try something without losing your current work, click the brand logo in the Project Panel, click Change Brand, and pick the brand the project already uses. Click Generate Designs and Parafin opens the copy as a new project. The original is untouched. The copy carries the same name, so rename it. Your starred and hidden designs and your filter settings do not come across; the copy starts at the defaults.

Archive a project

Click the triple-dot menu on any project card and choose Archive. Archived projects move out of your active list but stay retrievable.

View archived projects

Click Archived at the top of the dashboard to browse everything you’ve archived. To bring a project back, open the triple-dot menu on its card and choose Move to My Projects. Click Active to return to your working list.
