The steps

1. Project name

Give the project a unique, descriptive name.

2. Site address

Enter a U.S. or Canadian address to locate the site.

3. Site area

Select parcels on the map to define the site.

4. Draw site area

Or draw a custom boundary by hand.

5. Setbacks and adjacency

Set adjacency rules and required setbacks.

6. Choose a brand

Pick a hotel brand and run Parafin.
