Open the user menu in the top-right corner of the screen and choose Change Password.

Enter your current password, then the new one twice, and click Change Password. The New password field turns green once the password meets the requirements below.

Password requirements

Your new password must contain:
  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
It cannot contain your first name, last name, email address, or company name.

Reset a password you cannot remember

Click Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. Parafin emails you a link that opens a Create New Password page. The link stops working after a while, so request another if yours has gone stale.

Passwords expire after 90 days

Ninety days after you last set it, Parafin sends you to the change password page the next time you open the app. Set a new password there and carry on.
