# Choose a hotel brand

> Select a brand from the brand selection screen and generate designs.

The last step before generating designs is choosing a hotel brand. The **Select a Hotel Brand** screen displays all available brands in a grid of cards. Each card shows the brand logo, name, hotel family, and a **Generative** or **Prototype-only** tag.

## Filtering brands

Two controls at the top of the screen help you narrow the list:

* **Generative**: turn on to show only fully generative brands (those with AI-generated layouts, budgets, and proformas). When off (the default), all brands appear, with generative brands sorted ahead of prototype-only brands.
* **Hotel family row**: a row of family logos (e.g., Hilton, Marriott, Choice Hotels, IHG). Click a family to filter the grid to brands in that family. Click it again to clear the filter.

## Selecting a brand

Click a brand card to select it. Then click **Generate Designs** at the bottom of the screen to start generation.

  You can change the brand later from the project dashboard. Adjust financial assumptions while Parafin generates so results reflect your numbers the moment they land.
